Well Forms Software

The Wisconsin DNR Well Forms Program allows you to build your own electronic database of well information collected from eight DNR well related forms. The program allows you to:

enter and edit information
print copies of each form for submittal to the project manager
export and import data in Microsoft Access 97 database format
submit electronic data to the DNR
share data by using the data export feature

This program can only be installed under Microsoft Windows 95, 98, 2000, ME, NT, XP or Vista operating systems. If the program is to be installed under Windows Vista, please read the "Windows Vista Note" on page 2 in the Software User Instructions document below. More about system requirements...

Install Full Version from Web
Full version must be installed prior to updated versions.

Install Most Recent Update from Web
If you already have the full version installed, only download this most recent update. Version 4.2.5 created on October 6, 2008.

If installing software over the World Wide Web is not an option for you, the DNR can provide CD's containing the software programs.
