Hunting and Trapping Opportunities at Sandhill

A wide variety of hunting and trapping activities are allowed on Sandhill Wildlife Area. You may hunt waterfowl, woodcock, ruffed grouse, rabbits, gray squirrels, fox squirrels and - on some occasions - white-tailed deer. (Learn more about Sandhill Antlerless Deer Hunts).

In addition to obeying the Wisconsin Hunting Regulations for the game animals you hunt or trap at Sandhill, we have special rules that you must know and follow. You are responsible for these rules:
