DNR will help Learn to Hunt sponsors cover their costs of putting on the event. Reimbursement will be up to $25 per student for those sponsors who apply.

LTH Research Study

The WI DNR has teamed with researchers from University of Wisconsin - Madison and University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point to evaluate the effectiveness of the Learn to Hunt Program. They will be using information gathered by you (the sponsor) in order to evaluate the effectiveness of Wisconsin’s Learn to Hunt program in recruiting hunters beyond the actual event. At some point in time you may be contacted by one of these researchers, please cooperate with them the best you can. This research will help us all improve the Learn to Hunt Program. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and assistance.
