Can a person set up a trail camera on a dead deer carcass that was not placed out by a person?
Could a trapper be able to use his skinned out carcasses that are normally tossed out on the landscape as a place to set up a camera?
Would the tossing of the remains of a butchered deer near a person's property and putting up a trail camera nearby be legal?
If I buy a road killed deer and use up some parts of it and toss the rest in the woods and put up a trail camera, how much of the deer would need to be used up so I was not feeding wolves, but just tossing out the remains of my butchered deer?
If a road killed deer was pulled a few feet into the woods and a trail camera was set up nearby, would that be illegal?
