Hunting Log Book(This is an exact copy of what you need to sign before hunting on the farmer's property!) Read This Before You Sign This farmer (here-after referred to as enrollee) has enrolled in the Wildlife Damage Abatement and Claims Program (WDACP). As part of this program the enrollee must allow a minimum of 2 hunters per 40 acres of land suitable for hunting at any point in time. There are requirements that this enrollee must comply with. There are also requirements which hunters, both those seeking access to hunt under their regular hunting licenses and tags, and those participating under the enrollee’s wildlife depredation permits, must comply with. You must ask the enrollee’s permission and fill in this log book before entering. A plat map of this property is enclosed with this hunting log for your review--DO NOT REMOVE. Failure to provide all the information requested in a readable fashion constitutes trespassing. YOU WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE TO THE HIGHEST OF HUNTING ETHICS. Any breech of the requirements below will constitute grounds for this enrollee to deny you further hunting access this calendar year and may result in enforcement action being taken by the local WDNR Conservation Warden and/or County Sheriff's Department. If you have questions regarding the WDACP, contact the County damage specialist (listed on the last page of the green handout). If you feel you have been unjustly denied access to this property, follow complaint procedures described on the reverse of this sheet (and also found in the fact sheet you received with the County enrollee list). By signing this Hunting Log, I certify that I understand and will comply with all of the following:
