Chronic Wasting Disease Maps

On this page you’ll find maps showing the currently known distribution of chronic wasting disease (CWD) in Wisconsin’s wild deer herd. These maps are based on disease surveillance conducted since 2001. You’ll also find maps showing the prevalence of CWD, helicopter survey data and the boundary of Wisconsin’s CWD management zone.

    CWD Zone Boundaries

    These maps show the boundaries of Wisconsin’s CWD zone(s). They are presented by year since some of the CWD zone and DMU boundaries have changed throughout the years.
