Environmental Impact Statement

The Environmental Impact Statement (published in February 2003) assesses proposed rules that would give the DNR the authority and tools necessary to prevent the spread of CWD and eliminate the disease from Wisconsin. An assessment of the proposed authorities and tools are the subject of this document.
