Nelson Dewey State Park invites you to combine your interest in history with your enjoyment of the outdoors. Walk in the hidden valleys or view the Mississippi River from the bluff tops. Come to camping, picnic, and hike. Fishing is excellent. Boats may be rented in Cassville, or wet your line from the banks of the mighty Mississippi.

How to Get There

From State Highway 33 in Cassville, take County Highway V V northwest about a mile. The park entrance will be on your right and Stonefield Village Historic Site on your left.
