Hunting

The entire park is open for the late archery season. Notices are posted within the park.

Hunting at Kinnickinnic State Park

Trails

Trail work has been completed for the cold weather months. The steep hill has been shaved down and another portion of the trail leveled off. Follow up work will be done in the spring with re-seeding and other work.  If you choose to visit the park during gun hunting season remember to wear bright clothing. Peak hunting activity occurs at the low light times of the day.

River

The U.S. Geological Survey river level gauge on the Kinnickinnic river in the park reports water levels and flow.

For More Information

The highway bridge over the Kinnickinnic River on County Road F is scheduled for replacement in 2012.

The Kinnickinnic State Park office is open periodically. Please self-register for daily or annual stickers as needed. Your self-registration receipt works as your annual sticker until you receive the sticker in the mail. Pay by check or cash only.
