Brunet Island State Park
Brunet Island has two campgrounds. Reserve a site at either one online or by calling (888) 947-2757 ((800) 274-7275 TTY). A few sites in each campground are available only first-come, first-served.

The South Campground has 24 sites with electricity. A campsite accessible
for people with disabilities and a shower building with flush toilets
are in this campground. The North Campground has no electric service, but many of the 45 campsites are on the shoreline of the Chippewa River or its bays.

A trailer dumping station is near the park office on the mainland.
Firewood Notice: Due to the potential of carrying harmful tree pests and diseases, firewood from out of state or from more than 25 miles away is not allowed on Wisconsin State Park or Forest properties. Also, firewood that has been in the Wisconsin emerald ash borer quarantined area [PDF 102KB] is not allowed on properties outside of the quarantined area. Please buy firewood at or near the park or forest where you are going. Call the DNR toll-free Firewood Hotline, (877) 303-WOOD ((877) 303-9663) for information before packing for a trip.
Supplies and Services
Vendors in Cornell sell groceries, propane, fuel, and other camping
supplies. Laundromats are on Bridge and Main Streets. Canoes and kayaks can be rented from a local vendor. Call the park office for details and contact information.
