The surplus items advertised on this page include Department of Natural Resources (DNR) equipment, tools, buildings for razing and/or removing, salvage materials, or miscellaneous personal property items that are occasionally acquired as part of our real estate transactions or otherwise determined as surplus property. In an effort to reuse, recycle, and repurpose, the Bureau of Facilities and Lands is using online auctions through the University of Wisconsin (UW SWAP) and private auctioneers.

Brief Description of Item for Sale:
The 20' x 10' corrugated galvanized 10 gauge steel shed was built in 1966. It has four walls, roof, and double swing door gable end access. The building is located in Suamico Township, Brown County, on the Green Bay West Shore Wildlife Area – Sensiba Unit, next to the Brown County Suamico River Boat Ramp on Sunset Beach Road.
