![]() On Milwaukee's near north side, this 180,077 SF (4.13 acre) property was a former grocery store and parking lot and is surrounded by residential uses. Across Walnut Street is a new, market rate single-family development called CityHomes. The rest of the neighborhood to the north has seen infill residential development under an initiative called Lindsay Heights. These drawings aim to redevelop this blighted space into market rate single-family housing to strengthen the neighborhood.
