Retrofitting Sites in Urban Areas to Enrich City Environments
Green Makeover conference speakers represented leaders in urban forestry, brownfields redevelopment, storm water management, parks and open space planning, landscape architecture and community design, neighborhood revitalization, urban ecology, and related fields. The resulting conference agenda featured an eclectic mix of practical, yet inspiring speakers, from a variety of fields and addressed a diverse array of topics, all unified under the “green makeover” concept. Presenters addressed green makeover in the context of various spatial scales ranging from green buildings and site-specific design techniques to smart growth policies at the community level.
The complete conference agenda is presented elsewhere in the conference proceedings. This page provides links to each presenter’s PowerPoint slide presentation in the order they appear on the agenda.
