![]() On Milwaukee's near south side in proximity to the inner harbor, the Kinnickinnic River and Lake Michigan, this 31 acre property has immediate access to waterways and rail. The property is surrounded by industrial uses on three sides with single-family/two-family neighborhoods further to the west and south. Rail companies filled the site in the mid-19th century to use it as an intermodel switchyard because of its access to water, rail, and road transportation. Currently the space is used as a staging area for local construction projects. These drawings aim to find the highest and best use for this space.
