| The victim was a passenger on a snowmobile going at a high rate of speed across a lake. The male operator swerved to avoid a motor vehicle on the ice and both driver and passenger were thrown from the snowmobile. The victim sustained major injuries after colliding with the motor vehicle and passed away on 12/26/2009. The victim and driver were not wearing helmets. Test results revealed that the operator had marijuana in his system at the time.
