You may verify receipt of your 2013 ITA submission on the following lists. Please allow approx. 10 days from mailing for ITA's to be received and placed on the log.

Deadline Reminder: SFY 2013 ITAs and PERFs for both the CWFP and the SDWLP must be postmarked, shipped, pdf e-mailed, or faxed by December 31, 2011. Because December 31st is a Saturday, the hand-delivered deadline is 4:30 p.m. on Friday, December 30, 2011.
