Clean Water Fund Program
Hardship Financial Assistance

The Clean Water Fund Program (CWFP) designates a portion of its total subsidies available each biennium to provide additional financial assistance to municipalities meeting financial hardship criteria. To the extent subsidy is available, CWFP can provide hardship financial assistance in the form of a reduced interest rate loan, or award a grant of up to 70% of the municipality's project cost eligible for below-market interest rate.
