The DNR is the primary administrator and the Department of Administration (DOA) is the financial manager for this program. In the left-side navigation of each Environmental Loans web page is a link to a reference guide that provides information, listed alphabetically by topic, on the steps and regulations to be followed from the early stages of the loan process through the closeout stage.
