When And How Are The Funds Disbursed?

Payments are disbursed bi-monthly on the second and fourth Wednesday of the month. If the Request for Disbursement (Form 8700-215) is received by the 1st of the month, the payment will be wired on the the 2nd Wednesday. If the Request for Disbursement is received by the 15th of the month, the payment will be wired on the 4th Wednesday. Payments are sent by wire transfer only to the bank indicated on the first Request for Disbursement.
