Environmental Improvement Fund

By Deadline Date:

December 31 -	Notice of Intent to Apply (ITA) form postmark deadline for all EIF programs
	Priority Evaluation and Ranking Form (PERF) postmark deadline for all EIF programs
April 30 -	Financial Assistance Application postmark deadline for SDWLP
	Loan closing deadline for prior year's SDWLP allocations
June 30 -	Financial Assistance Application postmark deadline for CWFP hardship financial assistance
August 30 -	Financial Assistance Application (FAA) signing deadline for prior year's hardship assistance allocations

By Program Activity:

Clean Water Fund Program (including Hardship Financial Assistance and Small Loans)

Intent To Apply -	must be postmarked by December 31
PERF -	must be postmarked by December 31
CWFP Application -	must be postmarked by June 30 if requesting hardship assistance; no deadline for non-hardship projects
Loan Closing - (regular CWFP)	must sign FAA within 8 months following application acceptance
Loan Closing - (hardship projects)	must sign FAA by the August 30 following the calendar year in which funding was allocated
Loan Closing - (small loans)	must be signed within 8 months following application acceptance

Safe Drinking Water Loan Program

Intent To Apply -	must be postmarked by December 31
PERF -	must be postmarked by December 31
SDWLP Application -	must be postmarked by April 30
Loan Closing -	Must occur by the April 30 following the year in which funding was allocated

Land Recycling Loan Program

Intent To Apply -	must be postmarked by December 31
PERF -	must be postmarked by December 31
LRLP Application -	must be submitted by the published deadline date for that year
Loan Closing -	must occur within 12 months of the date on which funding was allocated
