Governor Doyle signed the Green Tier reauthorization 2:45 p.m., Wednesday, July 8, 2009 at the Governor's Conference Room, (East wing, first floor) State Capitol Building.

The Green Tier legislation (SB-126) has been pased by a voice vote and is now on the Governor's desk.

April 28, 2009
On Tuesday, April 28, 2009 the Senate passed Senate Bill 126 - Green Tier Reauthorization on a unanimous roll call vote. The legislation will now move to the Assembly Natural Resources committee for consideration, with a hearing scheduled for Wednesday, May 6 at 10:00am. April 22, 2009
On Wednesday, April 22, 2009 the Senate Committee on Environment took executive action on Senate Bill 126 - Green Tier Reauthorization. On a 5-0 vote the Committee recommended passage of the bill paving the way for consideration by the full Senate.
