Dave Wolf (Phillips Plastics Corporation Precision Decorating) provides a tour of the operations after the award ceremony.
These old T12 lights (seen right) were replaced by new, more energy efficient T8 lights (seen in picture below) throughout the facility. Payback period is just one year. Reducing energy use has resulted in savings of over 1.2 million dollars for Phillips Plastics.
Dave Wolf (Phillips Plastics Corporation Precision Decorating) points out the closed loop chiller that utilizes new energy efficient motors. Water is reused in the closed loop to for presses on the production floor.
