Grant Opportunities

To help make your school a Green and Healthy School, funding opportunities are available. The Green and Healthy School Grants program will help you with costs related directly to becoming a Green and Healthy School. Additional funding opportunities for environmental education grants are also listed below.

Green and Healthy School Grants

Under the Green & Healthy Schools Grant Program [PDF 84KB], schools that have met the criteria for Green & Healthy School recognition and have submitted a completed grant application will be reimbursed for some of the expenditures they may have incurred while creating and/or maintaining a Green & Healthy School Program. Eligible expenditures may include, but are not limited to, team work, personal protection equipment, pedestrian and/or parking signs, record keeping supplies, the purchase of monitoring equipment, and recycling signs, decals, and/or containers.
