Make Earth Day, Everyday--
Ideas from EEK! Readers

Help the Earth everyday:
- recycle, bottles, tin cans, plastic, paper, cardboard, aluminum cans
- pick up litter
- pick up your own garbage, don't litter
- clean up dog poop
- plant flowers, sunflowers, trees, and other plants
- when you catch fish, put ones back that you do not want

Everytime you and your family take a walk, take along a bag and
pick up any trash you find. This helps to keep our green

I think that to keep Earth Day every day we should pick up trash every day. Pick up and throw away at least three pieces of trash every day! The earth is cool!
On Earth Day we do not use any paper. This leads to creative ways of doing our work. It is our way of trying to save trees. School-Norwood Fontbonne Academy
