4. At long last it's time to rest, the wind is blowing quietly and you become a black willow. Bend slowly down from your waist. Relax you arms and let them sway slowly in the wind. Bend over from the waist and hang your arms down toward the ground, slowly rock back and forth. If you cannot bend easily, gently sway your arms from side to side.
Now you should be fully relaxed, stretched out, and ready to enjoy the great outdoors this spring--biking, hiking, climbing, jogging or whatever you like doing most.
