Take a Tree Stretch2. Now you're an old, slow growing, bur oak. Bur oaks often have long limbs that stretch out far from their trunks. Stretch your left branch out to your side, stretch your right branch out to your other side. Stretching sideways, you grow, and grow, and grow. Fully extend one shoulder and your lower arm directly out from each side of your body...then the other. The opposite arm should be folded slightly, with hand resting on the waist.
