Wisconsin Recycling Markets Directories

The Waste and Materials Management program no longer maintains a Wisconsin recycling markets directory (WRMD), but has partnered with the University of Wisconsin-Extension Solid and Hazardous Waste Education Center (SHWEC) to provide current information on general recycling markets and with WasteCap Resource Solutions, Inc (formerly WasteCap Wisconsin) to provide current information for recycling and reuse of construction and demolition debris. Both directories allow users to search a list of recyclers and end markets for various materials, see their locations through an on-line mapping feature, and view information about the recyclers. Recycling services not already listed in either directory are encouraged to register on-line.
