Assistance Received: As part of the lease agreement between ONYX and Retirement Realty LLC, ONYX was to complete a site investigation to make sure no releases had occurred while ONYX was on the site. ONYX completed this duty and had found a small area in the shop around a drain that had a slight detection of TCE. This area was excavated and the site received a clean closure. Retirement Realty had requested a VPLE after the site was closed and received it on May 23, 2005.

Prior Use: From 1960 to 2003, the site was used by Nu-Line Industries, a Memline Company; Gerry Wood Products and Evenflo for the production of juvenile wood products, including beds, cribs, chairs, storage chests and safety gates. Evenflo purchased the property in April 1997.
Current Use: The property is currently vacant except for a small section of the building that is currently being leased out as warehouse space, and is ready for redevelopment.
