Public hearings calendar

Public hearings are meetings in which the public is invited to speak on the record about an issue. If you are unable to attend a hearing in person, you can also submit written comments on most public hearing issues.

State officials are seeking public input on 22 water quality standard topics for Wisconsin lakes and rivers related to the protection of public health, recreation, fish and other aquatic communities. Participation is available through a webinar available at triennial standards review.

Public hearings to gather input on the proposed 2014 Wisconsin waterfowl hunting season. Taylor Finger Season dates and bag limits will be discussed for ducks and Canada geese. Because of the timing of Wisconsin’s rule process and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service rule process the actual season lengths, dates and bag limits cannot be determined at this time.
