Accomplishment and stumpage reports

Note: The following reports, along with renewal forms with each individual firm's information and renewal agreement, will be sent from the DNR's central office in Madison through the mail each September. All firms shall analyze these forms for correct information, document the appropriate responses, and send back to Madison no later than November 1st of each year. The mailing address is: WDNR - Division of Forestry, PO Box 7921, Madison WI 53707.
