Habitat Conservation Plan Partners
The Habitat Conservation Plan (HCP) partnership is a voluntary group of 40 public and private land managers who have decided to work together for the conservation of the Karner blue. The partnership has been instrumental in developing and overseeing the implementation of the HCP over its entire lifespan, from inception to the current day. The success of this program and the success of the Karner blue in Wisconsin are largely due to the tireless work of this partnership.
