Enlargement Print Ordering Details

If you are interested in a scale other than 1"=1320', or you would like a larger print, then you may order an enlargement by doing the following:

1. View the 9" x 9" contact print or a proof print of the area of interest. You will be ordering an enlargement of an area on a photo (versus an area of the land), so you need to first view the photo before determining which area you want to enlarge. A copy of the contact print is available for viewing at the DNR Forestry field office serving the county in which the land area coverage is located. Proof prints can be ordered by following the directions in the "Proof Print Ordering Details" section.
   
2. From the sectional diagrams below, select one of the 15 standard cropping options. When choosing the area of the photograph to be enlarged, the image should be oriented so that the photo date, roll line and frame number are at the top. Simply identify the area by letter and number (e.g., B2 or G14), and write it on the enlargement order form in the "Section Letter & Number" column.
   Please allow a minimum of 2" around your exact area of interest.
   
3. Select the scale at which you want your enlargement OR select the size which you want your enlargement. Selecting one option automatically determines the other. For example, if you want to order a B2 sectional with a scale of 1" = 400’, then the size of the enlargement will be 14 " x 14". These are the most common scale and size requested.
