Fishing Wisconsin: Lake Winnebago Sturgeon Spearing Regulations for 2008

The 2008 Lake Winnebago sturgeon spearing season is just around the corner. The Lake Winnebago season will run from February 9 through February 24, 2008 or until the pre-set harvest cap is reached. 2008 marks the second year where a random drawing will decide who will be able to purchase a license to spear the Upriver Lakes. The Upriver Lakes season began being held annually in 2007.
