Electronic signatures are the final piece of our program and having your Switchboard Registration Confirmation notarized provides the foundation for electronic signatures. How does it do that? Your notary official ensures that you are indeed the person described by the contact information and your signature on the Registration Confirmation page. This page is presented after you "submit" your registration information. This is a one-time event for as long as you need access to our reporting systems. How do you find a notary? The Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions provides a search tool to help you find a Notary Official. Many legal offices, banks, etc., have notary officials that may help you.
