Policy Templates
This page contains Policy Templates developed by each Work Group. Each template represents a policy option which may reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
Work Groups, using public comment and feedback from the Task Force, have revised their Policy Templates. This process is expected to be ongoing. Templates are organized by Work Group, however this does not signify an endorsement of any Template by that Work Group. Work Groups have recommended many Templates for adoption by the Task Force. Other Templates are contentious and are being forwarded to the Task Force for further discussion.
