Technical Support Document for the Wisconsin Lithographic, Screen and Digital Printing Industry

In November 2001 a work group was formed, consisting of printing industry representatives and DNR personnel, and referred to as the Permit Processing and Compliance Work Group for the Lithographic and Screen-Printing Industry. The work group was charged with two discrete tasks. The first was to review several recent and long-standing air permitting issues and obstacles as they apply to the printing industry. The second task was to develop recommendations on approaches that can be used to simplify and streamline the permitting process. A primary product of the work group is this technical guidance document centered on the lithographic, screen and digital printing industry.
