Summary:
Followup email from John Melby to potentially affected sources addressing extensions to the March 28, 2009 Part 2 application submittal date. Based on 40 CFR 63.1(a)(12) and 63.9(i) and ch NR 460.08(9(a)-(c), Wis. Adm. Code, we have decided to consider extension requests. The requests must be in writing (either hard copy or e-mail is adequate); must propose a reasonable new date no later than September 24, 2009; and must provide justification why the source is unable to meet the March 28, 2009 Part 2 application submittal date.
