The Site Investigation Workplan (SIWP), submitted by Tetra Tech on October 15, 2021 received concurrence from the WDNR in a letter dated March 9, 2022. This SIWP utilizes the direct contact Residual Contaminant Level (RCL) of 3.3 mg/kg for soil and the groundwater RCL standard of 0.208 mg/kg for soil that is in direct contact with groundwater.
The Site Investigation is on-going with sampling being performed in June 2022. Additional sampling may be required based upon the forthcoming results, which will be reported during the next semi-annual period.
