A Notification of Tyco Project Manager Change was submitted on January 4. A Q4 2022 Project Status report was submitted on January 18. Ditch A/B Monthly WPDES Report (December 2021) were submitted on January 21. An Additional Site Investigation Work Plan was submitted on February 11. A 2021 Surface Water Foam Monitoring Report was submitted on February 15. Ditch A/B Monthly WPDES Report (January 2021) were submitted on February 21. Ditch A/B Monthly WPDES Report (February 2022) were submitted on March 21. A Semi-Annual Operation, Maintenance, and Optimization Progress Report #6 for the Ditch A Interim Action Treatment System was submitted on March 30. A Q4 2022 Project Status report was submitted on April 15. Ditch A/B Monthly WPDES Report (March 2022) were submitted on April 21. A Semi-Annual Operation, Maintenance, and Optimization Progress Report #5 for the Ditch B Interim Action Treatment System was submitted on May 17. A Revised Long Term Potable Well Sampling Plan was submitted on May 19. Ditch A/B Monthly WPDES Report (April 2022) were submitted on May 21. A Quality Assurance Project Plan Addendum was submitted on June 15. Ditch A/B Monthly WPDES Report (May 2022) were submitted on June 21. The site investigation work is ongoing. The Long-Term Potable Well Monitoring Plan is ongoing. Bottled water and/or Point-of-Entry Treatment (POET) systems have been offered to potable well owners within the private drinking water well investigation area. The Ditch A and Ditch B Surface Water, Groundwater Extraction and Treatment System, Soil, and Foam Interim Actions continued implementation during the reporting period. Routine communications were completed with the WDNR regarding the site investigation and site interim action activities.
