Comments: A Q2 2021 Project Status report was submitted on July 15. A Long-Term Monitoring Plan for the Groundwater Extraction and Treatment System was submitted on July 16. A Response to Comments – Conditional Approval of Groundwater Extraction and Remediation System (GETS) Interim Remedial Action Design Report (RADR) was submitted on July 16. A Response to Comments – Response to 3rd Revised Long-Term Potable Well Sampling Plan was submitted on July 16. An Operations, Maintenance, and Long-term Monitoring Plan (OM&M Plan) Tyco FTC - Ditch A Interim Action Site was submitted on July 19. Operations, Maintenance, and Long-term Monitoring Plan (OM&M Plan) Tyco FTC - Ditch B Interim Action Site was submitted on July 19. A Site Investigation – Additional Actions Required response was submitted on December 23. The site investigation work is ongoing. The Long-Term Potable Well Monitoring Plan is ongoing. Bottled water and/or Point-of-Entry Treatment (POET) systems have been offered to affected potable well owners within the private drinking water well investigation area. The Ditch A and Ditch B Surface Water, Groundwater Extraction and Treatment System, Soil, and Foam Interim Actions continued implementation during the reporting period. Routine communications were completed with the WDNR regarding the site investigation and site interim action activities.
