Form 4400-237 requesting an NFA Letter was submitted by Tetra Tech on behalf of WM Waste, Inc. to the WDNR on 2/15/2021. An NFA Determination was requested based on the nonemergency response actions taken pursuant to NR 708.05(3), Wis. Admin. Code in December of 2020. The post excavation sample results in mercury concentrations were well below the site-specific standards. As of the end of the Semi-Annual Reporting period on June 30, 2021, no written response from the WDNR has been received.
