Comments: An Engineering Review and Feasibility Analysis Framework of Remedial Alternatives for Soil and Groundwater was submitted on July 8. A WDNR Well/Drillhole/Borehole Filling & Sealing Form associated with the former on-Site Private Well was submitted on July 8. A Notification of Upcoming Work and Project Updates was submitted on July 12, 19, 26; August 2, 9, 16, 23; September 6, 13, 20; October 11; and November 1, 18, 25. A Posting of Signs – Providing Surface Water Contamination Notifications was submitted on July 15. A Response to Tyco Fire Products LP Facility in Marinette, Wisconsin was submitted on July 19. An email with a Surface Water Advisory Sign Access Update was submitted on August 8. A Response to Review of Heath Lane Area Site Investigation Work Plan was submitted on August 11. A Drinking Water Fact Sheet was submitted on August 12. A Surface Water Advisory Signs in Marinette and Peshtigo email was copied to the WDNR on August 14. A Response of Tyco Fire Products, LP to Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources One Stanton Street Marinette, WI Request for Additional Site Information in Marinette, Wisconsin was submitted on September 3. A Response to Wis. Admin. Code ch. NR 722 Remedial Action Options Report was submitted on September 10. A Heath Lane Area Groundwater PowerPoint was submitted on October 4. A Wetland and Waterbody Delineation Report was submitted on October 9. A Wetland and Waterbody Delineation Report was submitted on October 10. A Posting of Signs – Providing Surface Water Contamination Notifications was submitted on October 11. A Green Bay Surface Water Investigation Work Plan was submitted on November 6. An email for Ditch A and Ditch B Activated Carbon regeneration was submitted on November 19. A Fish Tissue Sampling Work Plan was submitted on December 17. A Semi-Annual Operation, Maintenance & Optimization Progress Report for Ditch A was submitted on December 31. A Data Summary Report was submitted on December 31. The supplemental site investigation was initiated in spring and the site investigation work is ongoing. The Long-Term Potable Well Monitoring Plan is ongoing. Bottled water and Point-of-Entry Treatment (POET) systems have been offered to affected potable well owners. The Ditch A and Ditch B Surface Water Interim Actions were implemented during the reporting period. Routine communications were completed with the WDNR regarding the investigation activities.
