A Site Investigation Report was submitted to the WDNR on October 4, 2018. Drinking water sampling results and a sample map were submitted on November 8, 2018. A Vertical Aquifer Profiling (VAP) results map was provided on December 20, 2018. The site investigation was initiated in spring 2018 and the site investigation work is ongoing. The Long-Term Potable Well Monitoring Plan is ongoing. Bottled water and Point-of-Entry Treatment (POET) systems have been offered to affected potable well owners. Routine communications were completed with the WDNR regarding the investigation activities.
