Air toxics emission reporting

Besides changes made to ch. NR 445, the air toxics rule also added pollutants and changed reporting levels in Table 1 of NR 438.03, Wis. Adm. Code. These changes affect the 2004 air emission reporting which will begin in January 2005. You can download an Excel spreadsheet that contains the new reporting levels for these pollutants.
