calendar year 2004, there are new chemicals and new reporting thresholds
that companies will need to consider for reporting their calendar year
2004 emissions in 2005. Read additional information.

- Compliance Dates [Phase in period over three years]. Existing
sources have up to 36 months from the effective date of the rule to
company with any new requirements and standards. New or modified sources
will be required to comply with the rules upon startup.
