Proposed Air Pollution Control Rules

This page contains a table of rules, listed by Natural Resources Board (NRB) order number, which are currently being developed by the Bureau of Air Management, or which have been adopted by the NRB and are pending publication.

Dates not printed in bold type are projected and subject to change. As documents associated with each step in the rule-making process are finalized, they are made available on the Administrative Rules System Web site at https://health.wisconsin.gov/admrules/public/Home [exit DNR]. The link in the first column in the table directs you to the Administrative Rules System page devoted to that rule development effort.
