Boiler MACT ruling - A federal appeals court has vacated the federal boiler MACT regulations and NR 462, our counterpart state rule, has been stayed through adoption of an emergency rule. ("MACT" is Maximum Achievable Control Technology under the federal Clean Air Act.) A public hearing is scheduled for October 26th.
