Wisconsin's Air Management ProgramThe Air Management Program works to maintain and improve Wisconsin's air quality in order to protect public health and the environment.
Clean air at Mayville, Wisconsin Staff monitor the air for pollutants, inspect emission sources, provide compliance assistance to industry, initiate enforcement actions when necessary, operate a permit program, and educate the public about air quality issues. NewsIMPORTANT NOTICE : Public comment period extended on mercury rulemaking - The public comment period on DNR's mercury rulemaking his been extended until Monday, May 5, 2008. The Department encourages interested parties to submit written comments as soon as possible, even if supplemental comments are subsequently submitted by the May 5th deadline.
