NR 438.03(1)(am)2.
2. Notwithstanding subd. 1., the owner or operator shall continue to report annual emissions of any air contaminant reported in prior calendar years for the facility, provided annual, actual emissions are greater than the reporting level in Table 2.
What does this mean?
If you reported a hazardous air pollutant in prior years, you should determine whether you should report that pollutant in each successive year. Remember, however, that many of the reporting thresholds have changed in chapter NR 438, Wis. Adm. Code on July 1, 2004. Because many of the thresholds decreased you may need to consider reporting more hazardous air pollutants in the future than you did in the past.
