Air Reporting System (ARS) Internet Reporting Software

The Air Reporting System (ARS) allows companies to report annual air emissions on the Internet using web-based software. The information presented here is specific to ARS and includes ARS bugs, enhancements, technical information, due dates, a tutorial, and who to call for help.

Changes for 2011 Reporting

After data is submitted with the ARS program to DNR, the submiiter received a confirmation that the information was received. Added to this electronic receipt for this year, is a list of possible data problems the computer discovers while comparing the 2010 data to the new 2011 data. Starting ARS

To start 2011 emission inventory reporting, you must go to the DNR Switchboard and enter your WAMS ID and password.

Due Dates

The due dates for 2012 are:

  • Friday, January 6, 2012 - ARS Email Notification
  • Thursday, March 1, 2012 - ARS Reporting Due Date
  • Thursday, March 15, 2012 - ARS Reporting Due Date for companies receiving time extension.
  • Friday, April 13, 2012 - DNR sends out notification to companies telling them to check preliminary emissions data
  • Monday, July 2, 2012 - Emission certification form due.
